This section requires a community-research partnership

First-person stories, oral histories, and sentiment analysis are collected — with informed consent — from local Lao community members. A research partnership in Oregon is required before narratives can be ethically gathered and shared.

Minnesota currently holds our only mature community dataset; six other states are in the featured-partnership tier with collection underway. Oregon can join that tier as soon as a local research collaborator is in place.
