Threshold monitoring and predictive alerts are tied to community-collected indicators and neighborhood risk models. Alerts for North Dakota will activate once local community data is being collected.

Minnesota currently holds our only mature community dataset; six other states are in the featured-partnership tier with collection underway. North Dakota can join that tier as soon as a local research collaborator is in place.
